Alissa and Mike found the perfect location for their outdoor ceremony and wedding reception. Just south of Akron, Springlake Party Center is in Lakemore, Ohio. Springlake provides a lovely backdrop with beautiful lakeside views, a the gazebo for the ceremony and landscaped manicured grounds for portraits. Even with rain threatening overhead, Alissa’s sweet personality and Mike’s good sense of humor, they had the perfect wedding day. It was a pleasure to document the moments and watch the day unfold.
As I edit the beautiful photographs from Judith and Aaron’s wedding for their custom album, I realized that I hadn’t shared this gorgeous outdoor wedding on my blog. Lake Forest Country Club in Hudson is a unique wedding venue with a beautiful Tudor-style club house for the bride and groom to get ready with wooded landscaped grounds for a first look.
With a light breeze, the weather was beautiful for their lake side ceremony at Lake Forest Country Club.
Plantscaping did elegant centerpeices with florals in corals and pinks for the tables for the indoor reception. Koko bakery created a really tasty wedding cake! With the sunset behind venue with the reception in full swing. Judith and snuck outside for an evening portrait with red and purple skies.Elizabeth Glorioso | Cleveland Wedding Photographer
The twinkle lights. The Christmas snow. Dani had to marry Mark in December. After all, it is her FAVORITE month! Dani began her day getting ready for their ceremony at her mom and dad’s home before heading over to St. John Bosco in Parma Heights. Mom even decorated the house in red and silver, Mark and Dani’s wedding colors.
The Old Courthouse is Cleveland’s premier historical landmark for wedding photographs. It’s stunning architecture and sweeping staircases are perfect for portraits. The elegant red and white roses were gorgeous bouquets for the bride and the bridesmaids for a winter wedding.
From the bridal bouquet to a the bubble exit, Erin and Gary had every detail planned for their wedding at Olmsted Community Church in Olmsted Falls.

When couples decide not to do a first look, it is wonderful to do an exchange of personal letters to each other on the wedding day before the ceremony. It is a moment I love to capture as a photographer.
We began their portraits just outside of the church after the ceremony. Olmsted Falls has so many beautiful spots to choose from for wedding photographs.
The reception at St Elias Church in Cleveland was the perfect venue for Erin and Gary’s celebration. Lovely uplighting filled the room along details of vintage dinnerware, custom etched toasting flutes and a yummy traditional wedding cake with some non-traditional donut touches. Mmmmm…donuts!
Even though my first wedding of this year was back in February, when spring FINALLY arrives to Cleveland it feels like the big kick off to the wedding photography season. I was very excited to document Anna and Tim’s wedding day that began at St. Patrick’s in Ohio City.
Anna and Tim’s reception was held at Windows by the River. I love capturing an evening of celebration and dancing.
Into late autumn, Stan Hywet Hall in Akron, Ohio is still a picturesque location for engagement photos. Stevanna and Eric are excited about planning their ceremony and reception at Stan Hywet and wanted their engagement session in the gardens in the fall- a nice contrast from their summer wedding. With the 70+ acres of gardens and grounds, it is hard not to find beautiful compositions in Stan Hywet’s landscape. I can not wait to return to photograph the wedding this summer in such a gorgeous place with so much Akron history.
I love autumn. It is my favorite season to take photographs, especially wedding photographs. Mid-September is still warm in Cleveland and is perfect for an outdoor wedding at the Vermilion on the Lake Clubhouse. The wedding day began in North Olmsted with her family and dear friends surrounding Nicole with some tears and laughter.
Andy was waiting for Nicole at The Vermilion on the Lake Clubhouse. They both agreed to have a “first look” before they walked down the aisle. Sometimes it calms the nerves before the wedding ceremony. Sometimes it brings a few tears.
With vintage style in mind, the historical downtown of Olmsted Falls was the perfect location for Brittany and Bill’s wedding. The Grand Pacific Chapel, built in 1851 as Methodist Episcopal Church, now serves as a non-denominational ceremony site for Cleveland weddings.
Elisa was so excited to share her Medieval Masquerade themed Bat Mitzvah celebration with all of her family and her best of friends. A rockin’ good time had by all!
